Far too often we are greeted by negative comments about things, but in this message I would like to pass a very positive comment regarding the staff at the OTT Legal in Peterborough.

My traffic ticket was dealt with today. The issues were serious, and we had clear demonstration of inappropriate conduct on behalf of the investigating officer. In order to save time, I will not get into all the specifics but I will present the positives regarding the OTT Legal.

OTT Legal took an active interest in the facts of my ticket, preparing for the case, and creating a defence strategy. OTT Legal's prediction from the onset was a withdrawal.

Review of OTT Legal Peterborough
I want to thank both Len Smart and Mark Greco of OTT Legal for their recent efforts and success in my stunt driving ticket. It was mid-July 2009 when I was charged with stunt driving ticket outside of Peterborough and when this wild ride started.

I was very nervous about the prospect of a conviction on this very serious charge so I started shopping for representation that could achieve the success I needed. I compared a number of services but found the most comfort with the legacy of success and prompt, personal attention that Len Smart provided in responding to my inquiries.

On the day of court in early August, Mark Greco and I met to discuss the specifics and the plan of attack. In meeting Mark I knew I had a powerful advocate on my side. First and foremost I would like to bring to your attention a small observation. I would like to applaud Mr. Mark Greco, from your office on his skills, the reason I waited at the court house for his return was solely based on a first impression he unintentionally made. It was during a short recess at which time I had just entered the court room. Mr Greco was speaking casually with other agents and various "defendants". He made a comment that stuck with me, and was in my opinion a great aid in judging his character. He looked at many of the people sitting in the court room and said jokingly something to the effect of "why does everyone look so upset!, "Well I guess there is no reason to be happy if your here today". To me this demonstrated a great personal quality of Mr. Greco and made him very approachable. Unfortunately at the time I was unable to approach Mr. Greco as he had numerous matters but I did wait after my matter was spoken to, and well the rest is history.

I am sure you simply expected a short response containing a suitable appointment date, but as a Small Business owner myself I find it invaluable to applaud someone's natural qualities when it comes to customer and moreover public relations.
