On October 20, 2008 I was involved in a vehicle accident that resulted in me being issued a traffic ticket for changing lanes not in safety. The evidence against me was strong and, when viewed in light of the abovementioned traffic violation, was damming. I want everyone to know what Len Smart of OTT Legal Services did for us and how much we appreciated the time and effort he took to help us with our traffic tickets. When police laid charges following a traffic accident that cost us $7,000 in damages to our van, OTT Legal Services made all the difference to us.

Len Smart contacted the Crown Attorney to explain why we were not at fault. As a result of Len getting involved the Crown withdrew the traffic ticket of Left Turn Not in Safety, but our troubles weren't over. Our insurance company still deemed us to be 50 percent at fault in the accident and said our premiums were going up and our rating was going down.

To OTT Legal, After getting home from work I opened the letter I received from your office, and had to scurry down to the computer and fire off this letter of "Thanks".

Please allow me to start @ the beginning....I drive for a printing company and any "infraction" that you are found "guilty off" is charged to your licence and can effect your employment with the company not to mention the increased "Insurance costs" both for my company and for my own personal car insurance.

I was stopped by an officer who had me on radar going 55 in a 40, and when he approached my van noticed that I had rigged a clamp on my shoulder harness for my seatbelt in order to keep it from "squishing-me" against the back of my seat. So I received two $110.00 traffic tickets......Yeeeeeeeee...Ouch....Oh yea by the way there was no talking with this police officer I tried, trust me I tried....but no luck. I arrive @ work and explained why I was late returning and one of our drivers say's "You've got to fight it".... So I come home and start "surfing" and came across your site....I read it through and decided what the heck let's give it a try.....I emailed all information and by next morning received a reply from your office.

Dear OTT Legal About a year ago I was pulled over at Meadowvale and 401. The officer gave me a speeding ticket for 49 km/h over the limit. I was devastated as I knew I would stand no chance in court. OTT Legal, Peterborough Office, First and foremost I would like to bring to your attention a small observation. I would like to applaud Mr. Mark Greco, from your office on his skills, the reason I waited at the court house for his return was solely based on a first impression he unintentionally made. It was during a short recess at which time I had just entered the court room. Mr Greco was speaking casually with other agents and various "defendants". He made a comment that stuck with me, and was in my opinion a great aid in judging his character. I just want to let you know how much I appreciate the fact that you got the charges for my two tickets dismissed. I had the bad luck to have removed my seatbelt when my hair got tangled around it just before I drove down an incline where the car had just picked up some speed before I realized I should slow down. Sure enough, officers knew that spot (where there was little likelihood anyone would cross the road) was conducive to a few seconds of higher speed, and were sitting right there with radar guns! Fight it! Today OTT Legal Services cleared my good name in court. I cannot recommend this company enough – nor can I recommend fighting tickets enough. The ticket I got was so obscure, I had never even heard of it. It was the result of not yielding to a tailgating cop, and then staring him back down as he passed me on the right. I played the game, took my ticket, and then followed my #1 rule for being pulled over: admit nothing, and say nothing, be polite, and say “sir” as often as possible when questioned. OTT Legal, Peterborough Office Hello Carly, First and foremost I would like to bring to your attention a small observation. I would like to applaud Mr. Mark Greco, from your office on his skills, the reason I waited at the court house for his return was solely based on a first impression he unintentionally made. It was during a short recess at which time I had just entered the court room. Mr Greco was speaking casually with other agents and various "defendants". He made a comment that stuck with me, and was in my opinion a great aid in judging his character. He looked at many of the people sitting in the court room and said jokingly something to the effect of "why does everyone look so upset!, "Well I guess there is no reason to be happy if your here today". To me this demonstrated a great personal quality of Mr. Greco and made him very approachable. Unfortunately at the time I was unable to approach Mr. Greco as he had numerous matters but I did wait after my matter was spoken to, and well the rest is history.

Dear OTT Legal Services I recently had two speeding tickets thrown out by OTT Legal Services. One in September and one in October, thank-you Steve all your legal representative there that worked with you to win my tickets.
