Chris Conway, Licenced Paralegal
Chris Conway is the President and founder of OTT Legal Services.
Having joined the Toronto Police Service at the age of 18 Chris worked at 3 District Traffic, Police Headquarters, 14 Division, Central Traffic Unit and 42 Division. After 25 years with the Toronto Police Chris retired and joined the Ontario Provincial Police at the Toronto Detachment.
During his career he worked as Divisional Officer, Motorcycle Officer, Radar Officer, Level 2 Accident Investigator, Highway Patrol, Plainclothes Detective, Detective in the Hit and Run Squad, and as a Breathalyzer Technician.
During his career Chris received over 20 commendations for excellent police work and the Governor Generals Award for Exemplary Service. Chris has taught the Highway Traffic Act at Durham College to persons looking to a career in law enforcement.
After twenty seven years of Policing with his vast knowledge of traffic tickets and traffic court, Chris retired and formed OTT Legal to fight traffic tickets in Ontario.

Leonard Smart is the owner of the OTT Legal Durham Region and Peterborough Offices.
Len retired from the Toronto Police Service after 30 years with the rank of Sergeant, receiving the Exemplary Police Service Medal. During Len’s career he received dozens of commendations and letters of recognition, having been Policeman of Month in 1988. Len worked as a uniform officer, plainclothes/undercover officer and Detective. Len worked at 55 Division, East Traffic Unit, 54 Division, 53 Division, 52 Division.
In the later part of his police career Len was a Detective in the Criminal Investigation Bureau, Plainclothes Unit and the Major Crime Unit, working closely with regional and international police agencies. Len brings with him a vast amount of uniform police experience and unlimited expertise in all criminal investigations. Len’s knowledge, expertise and personal attributes combined, compliments the team of former police officers and qualified licenced paralegals working with OTT Legal Services.

Mark Greco, Licenced Paralegal
Mark Greco is the owner of OTT Legal in Peterborough. He is a graduate of the Law and Security Administration program of Loyalist College. He received the Templeman Menninga Bursary, was nominated to the Dean’s List in recognition of significant academic achievements and received the Law and Security Administration/ Police Foundations/Customs/Correctional Worker Tutor Award.
Mark’s scholastic achievements are echoed in the high level of expertise he shows when defending his client’s position. Mark is a member of the Institute of Legal representative at Court, Vice President of the Conservative Party of Peterborough’s Riding Association and past Vice-Chair of the Campbellford Community Policing Committee and is well known within the Court System and to Police Officers as a worthy trial advocate. Eddie Cho is the owner OTT Legal - Brampton and Mississauga. Eddie is a retired police officer having worked at the Highway Patrol Toronto Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police. He was a Intoxilyzer/breathalyzer technician, and a former member of the Toronto OPP RIDE Unit. Eddie is a qualified accident investigator, and Radar/Laser operator. While working for the OPP Eddie was a coaching officer to new police recruits that came into the Detachment. Throughout Eddie's career he worked with various police agencies in Ontario dealing specifically with high profile Korean cases. Eddie brings a wealth of knowledge and skills in regards to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario, and motor vehicle accident cases to the OTT Legal Services Team.

Mark Reynolds Licenced Paralegal
Mark Reynolds is the owner of OTT Legal - North York. Mark started with Ministry of Transportation in 1988 as an Enforcement Officer dealing with commercial motor vehicle enforcement.
In 1993 he then became a Provincial Ministry of Transportation Training Instructor and created an advanced training course for experienced officers coordinating training for the Ministry. Mark was responsible for training members of the Ministry of Transportation and Police officers from all major police forces in Ontario. In 1999 Mark became the Enforcement Management Coordinator for the MTO in Durham Region.
In 2003 Mark retired from the Ministry of Transportation to work representing clients in provincial offences court, and with issues dealing with the Ministry of Transportation. Mark is considered the expert in Ontario in relation to Commercial Vehicle offences and working with the Ministry of Transportation. Mark has a vast experience CVSA, Hours of Work, Trip Inspection requirements, CVOR requirements, evidence, and he equipment portion of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.

Alan was a member of the Toronto Police Service for eighteen years. During Alan’s career he worked at 31 Division, 3 District Traffic Unit, West Traffic Unit, and Central Traffic Unit. Marcello graduated from The Business School at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Toronto, Ontario with a diploma in the Court and Tribunal Agent program. Ian Leaver, Licenced Paralegal
Ian Leaver joined the Toronto Police Service in 1970 and served for over 30 years before retiring on a police pension. Ian received the 25 and 30 year police service medals from the Governor General of Canada for exemplary service.
During his career he worked at One District Traffic Unit, Emergency Task Force, Morality Bureau, 55 Division Detective office, 52 Division and at Central Traffic Unit.

Darren Petras graduated from Laurentian University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a specialization in Law and Justice. Later, he went on to receive a Graduate Certificate in the Court and Tribunal Agent program at Durham College where he earned a “Dean’s List” nomination. Alan Staples has been working in the Justice System for the past 37 years. Alan retired from the Toronto Police Service after more than 27 years service with the rank of Staff Sergeant having received the Exemplary Police Service Medal.
